About Me

I grew up on a farm in eastern Washington where my family grows wheat, barley, canola, and other cover crops. On the farm, I developed my passion for agriculture, natural resources, and educating the public about sustainable agriculture practices.

In 2015, I moved to Texas to attend graduate school at Texas A&M University. I graduated in 2016 with a Master’s of Science and again in 2019 with Doctorate of Philosophy, both in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications.
